This pattern is a fitted jersey piece and it should feel like a second skin. The sleeves are slightly cropped to sit above the wrist and the body length sits just on the hips.

Skill level: Suitable for beginners and early makers.

Construction techniques: Simple stretch stitch seams and a small amount of topstitching

Fabric requirements: Our lay-plans are always done on a single layer of fabric to reduce wastage.

Suitable fabrics: Suitable fabrics: The Boatneck Top is a fitted jersey pattern which means it needs to be paired with a stretchy fabric.
